Holiday World

Holiday World in Maspalomas is the largest attraction park in Gran Canaria and has been keeping families entertained for years. With over 11,000 square metres of family fun including over 30 rides, gastronomy delights and much more, Holiday World Maspalomas provides fun for all.

The Attractions

It’s important to note that children under 90cm cannot use the rides within the park and are therefore free of charge. It’s still good fun for small children with the bright lights, music and bright attractions. It’s also very open so pushing a stroller around is nice and easy.

If you are feeling adventurous why not hit the Roller Coaster or the jaw dropping Sky Drop. Or for something a little more relaxed, try spinning around on the the two-story Caurosel or the Teacups.

There is even a Kid’s Park with 10 different areas.

The majority of rides within the park are suitable for small children as most of the height requirements are between 90 and 110cm. Only 2 rides are for children over 130cm.

More than just a theme park

Within the park you will find a number of different attractions that are payable extras.

There is a  10 Pin Bowling Alley with 16 lanes, 4 unique Escape Rooms and even 4 impressive Karaoke Booths so you can sing the night away! These attractions must be booked in advance.

There is also an Amusement Arcade so make sure you have your bag of coins ready to play.

Gastronomy

At Holiday World you will find more than 15 choices of food from around the world. The Nomad Street Food Market is perfect for families and groups. It means each family member can choose a different cuisine yet you can all sit together. From Thai to Italian, American to Japanese and much more, nobody will be going hungry that’s for sure.

Travel 4 baby’s top tips

• There is free parking within Holiday World. If you don’t have a car it’s a short walk or taxi ride away if you are staying in the Maspalomas or Playa Del Ingles area .
• It is important to note that Holiday World is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
• Most of the attractions in Holiday World are closed during the day. The majority of things open from 16:00-23:00
• The 10 Pin Bowling is open everyday from 10am- midnight. Perfect if you want to get the kids out of the sun for a few hours or if there is a cloudy or rainy day.
